1)  When booking online a 3% surcharge is automatically added to cover these costs. Please book by calling 08 9757 2779 or email info@thescissorhandscollective.com to avoid this surcharge.

2) We operate a 48hr cancellation fee any appointment cancelled within that time will incur a 25% cancelation fee.

3) If you give us more than 48hrs notice we will move the deposit to another appointment. Otherwise deposit is non refundable.

4) Please only book online if you know exactly what service you want. Otherwise, please call us and have a chat.

5) Please include a toner service with all foil appointments otherwise the appointment will be declined.
 

6) Please book all your hair services with the same stylist.

7) If the service you are looking for is not on the list we do not offer that service for online booking please ring us. Do not book another service in its place.
